I am going crazy over here with this issue, my spec are:

-Intel Core i7 965 (not overclocked)
-EVGA X58 SLI LE (83 bios)
-EVGA G2 1000W PSU
-6GB DDR3 1333mhz
-Kingstone SSD
-2x GTX 1080 Ti FTW3

My problem is that when windows is going to start, the motherboard reset and keeps in that loop. I already checked each ram, each PCIexpress socket, each video card in each PCIexpress socket. If I only put one video card windows will load normally, as soon as I put the second video card the problem start, bios does detect 2 GPU, and there is no error code in the motherboard, it just keeps reseting. Also tried with the SLI bridge and nothing happens.

Setting the memory low gap setting inside the bios to 3G should resolve the issue.

tech has changed alot in the 8 yrs since these boards were released, back then 1gB of ram on a gpu was king, now its north of 11gb. im sure it has something to do with older bios memory mapping.

I know this is an ancient post but Sajin you saved me a massive headache. Was pulling the x58 board out of retirement for the laughs and couldn't figure out the boot loop issue wiht two cards. Thanks!
