I have installed new Bios 1.12 little while ago, Load Default before and after Bios update then Clr Cmos at the end, I am observing that with the same setting [Stock/Default] CPU Core temp at least 5 to 7 C higher with new Bios!!!!

You cannot use Profiles (Profile Files) From Older Bios Versions on newer Bios Version, I sear you knew this.

Never install.
Best one I have used to date. I don't need new code to support new CPU and that is all it is for. ( Improves CPU overclocking ability for SKX-Refresh CPU) 1.12 New X299 Bios added Support the New NVIDIA USB 3.1 Port on Some Motherboards

Did you forget to set the Bios back to the Default before updating? Mine rebooted 4 times Training the Memory.

Are you updating the Bios In the Bios Screen? 151-SX-E299-KR - EVGA X299 Dark I updated 2 of my Bios with this file with no issues. Windows Installation - Download the correct .zip file below for your motherboard:
151-SX-E299-KR - EVGA X299 Dark- Extract the contents of .zip file to USB flash drive (must be formatted as FAT32)
- Enter into your BIOS and Save All your Setting, you can also use the F12 Key to snap an Image of each Bios Page,
- Remember to page down for the complete page, some have 3 pages
- Next load defaults, save and exit And Restart Return to the Bios
- You can also use the Small Red Button on most Motherboard to reset the Bios.
- From the BIOS, navigate to the Save & Exit tab and open "Select BIOS File."
- Select the .bin file you wish to flash.
- DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR RESET DURING THE FLASH PROCESS
- After the flashing is finished, the system will automatically restart.
- Enter back into the Bios and edit the Settings that you saved above

I did it in the Bios screen, I had to flip the Bios switch to 2[1.07] to get to Bios then switch back to 1[1.09] to update the Bios three times but as soon I change anything it kept rebooting!! Now I will try to get back to 1.08...…….

After you update a Bios and you are back in the Bios Screen you can change the Bios Switch and update the next Bios.

New info : last attempt to Bios upgrade to 1.09 was a total failure, way I did as follows Mobo USB Port[Rear]>USB Hub[Pwred]> Logitech G19s>USB Drive [Error 31] so yesterday I connect the USB Drive directly to Mobo USB Port and Bios flash was successful without any error!!! so problem was USB Hub somehow was corrupting the Bios during flash.....

Any one play around with the overclocking? Wasn't that also part of the bios ... that it had more head room. Also no temp difference for me, went from 1.09 to 1.12.

mine at 1.75, good to know that I am not the only one seeing it.

Any one play around with the overclocking? Wasn't that also part of the bios ... that it had more head room. Also no temp difference for me, went from 1.09 to 1.12.
1.09 works better for me and no temp difference!!!

I overclock i9 7900X to 4.5ghz[All Core][Delided] tested wIth OCCT no issue so far, and I am only using Corsair H80i V2[No option for bigger Radiator due to limited Space] AIO Cooler so Temp is very important factor for me.

I have installed new Bios 1.12 little while ago, Load Default before and after Bios update then Clr Cmos at the end, I am observing that with the same setting [Stock/Default] CPU Core temp at least 5 to 7 C higher with new Bios!!!!
I noticed as little increase but I also had to reduce the CPU VIN down to 1.770 to fix it. (Testing 1.760 ATM)
Also set the other Voltage Settings back to Auto as well under 1.12.
mine at 1.75, good to know that I am not the only one seeing it.
Maybe, I am on the page that the performance is better under 1.12
