I know it is a good idea to keep it but is it required to provide the original box and packaging for a EVGA Video card for the warranty ? Trying to figure out if I should throw away the box or not. Know that it increases resale value.

Another reason to keep the box for at least 90 days is the stepup program should you decide to use the program.

It’s ideally better to send it back in the original box. However if you don’t have it and it back well packed and secure. No really need for the original box

The RMA instructions do suggest shipping the product in the original box if possible.

I haven't had to RMA in a long time, but as part of the package, I did send the original box with the card inside. For the replacement/fixes, will I get its matching box or a regular mailing package?
Thanks.

EVGA warranty is best on planet. I don't understand who throw boxes from hardware. OK I don't keep box from some bracket etc... But hardware, my obsession with them start to be problems and everyone who visit my apartment asked me about boxes. Worse warranties I met are Logitech when I asked what to do with MX Master, to sell him, to keep him is it normal behavior in game like that, their answer arrived after I sold MX Master and bought G900. Most of people never got answer from him. Lian Li never answered me on questions directly connected with their profit, what to model of HDD/SSD cage and feets to buy. Instead of them overclockers.uk should be paid and for advices, because they give me all answers. Lian Li can't be even followed on Twitter, still wait response from them. Like Masons, Masonic Lodge P2. One day I will send them message with pictures of hardware I asked SD-O1B Feets and HD323X SSD/HDD kit, to tell them I didn't ask to become member of Illuminati and closed society, I asked answered what to buy.
