EVGA UnleashRGB Color Picker not functioning? (solved)

Color option doesn't seem to do anything after I click on it. I assume the color picker is supposed to appear, but it doesn't for me. Any help on this issue is appreciated.
 
EDIT: I solved my problem by re-installing Windows on my machine.

    That option is to change the LCD color, try selecting a different profile (right side), each one should be a different color.
     
    Also, you can change the 5 profiles by using a keyboard shortcut. FNkey + PF1 (number 1 key) ... FNkey + PF5 (number 5 key).

    Thank you for the reply. I know of the option to change the LCD colors via profiles, but that’s not the only place where the color picker doesn’t function as it should. I also can’t change the color of the keyboard because the color picker won’t show up and having a different profile won’t change that color.

    When i hover my mouse over the color icon and left click i see the color selector.

    I don't see the color selector after clicking it. Is there anything I should do that would help? I've tried re-installing it, but that hasn't done anything to help. Thanks in advance.

    After uninstalling, check if the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Unleash RGB\" is still there, if so, delete it, reboot and try to install again.

    Unfortunately that was not the solution for me. Apparently something was conflicting with the UnleashRGB software, which prevented the color picker from working correctly. I re-installed Windows and the color selector works correctly now. Thanks for the suggestions.

    Same problem, but I won't be reinstalling Windows. That's not really a fix - there's no way of knowing what will trigger the bug again. I suspect it's a conflict with one of the half dozen RGB applets already installed. I'm well past regretting this whole RGB thing entirely!

    The software seems pretty buggy. My setup of 2 effect layers, randomly quit working. It is more of an issue if there are more layers. The software just crashes nothing given no log of what happened. I did manage to get it to at least happen less frequently. I do not know what to do about it. I do not know how to report it unless maybe opening a Ticket?
