I have installed this 4 times now.. Never ran into that bug. I will see if I can get you a diagram to the language settings when I get home.

Thanks! It seems that this other person above me has the same issue as well. It must have to do with some sort of recognition error since when I run the exe, it must think my computer is Japanese.

 
I am at a complete loss..  So, I even tried deleting the text files to see if I could change it to Japanese, since it is coming up in English for me.  That didn't work either.  I can't seem to find any selection about changing the language in setup or once it is installed.
 

Where did you originally purchase the items that you are installing on?  I can try sending over the download, through Dropbox, and see if it is coming from an Asian server.. maybe? I am seriously at a loss.  Let me know if you would like to try the link.  I will have it loaded in just a few minutes.
 
DropBox Link  Maybe that will work.. I am not sure.  I would completely uninstall the software prior to loading it again, and remove previous downloads as well.
