Should I be concerned. Not sure if its the auto eco mode, the PSU is cool to the touch.
I have a pretty low key system 5600G and SSDs

    It really depends on if it needs cooling as to if it comes on. It’s possible you would see it never come on or only come on in the summer if it’s not running near full capacity.
