Looks like there is shortages i ordered a 2080 super FTW and got this email
This is a special order item that ships straight from manufacturer's distribution warehouse. We sent them the order on the order day and they normally ship within a few days.
This time they sent us and email saying they were backlogged with orders and had a 1 week delay. Now they are saying it could be 4 + weeks and possibly no future availability.
We can try to hold the order open for 2 weeks and see if stock becomes available or we can cancel immediately if time sensitive? After a number of days specified by the marketplace , the order will auto-cancel on your behalf.

Guys are you serious. No future availability of RTX2080 Super.
That's not possible. RTX2080 Super is now best choice for gamers if RTX2080Ti is expensive.
RTX2080 Super Hydro Copper... Mmmmmmm Bad I can't find some fool to replace my Poseidon for such card.

+1  They Sold a Card they did not have in stock ? Its a card where Demand far exceeds Supply -- they tell you 1 week ?

I called and since its new and unsealed and ships from evga that it comes with the full warranty and @cool gtx yes said 3 in stock guess ill wait a week and see what happens

I would reach out to EVGA and verify what your being told by the retailer about warranty coverage. Retailers often have people who don't know what they are talking about but want the customer to buy. You can contact the retailer six months later and find the guy you talked to is no longer with the company...

Yeah , I've seen several of the 2080 SUpers come in fairly regular ... but not the 2070's .

LOL I panicked slightly last week when the 2080 Super hydro copper went "out of stock" late Thursday night. Not sure if it was buggy cache in Chrome on my iPad or what cause the next day it was back in stock and I snagged one on Saturday direct from EVGA and it's prepping to ship right now.

LOL yep I made extra sure to use one. Needed all the help I could get on the $$$ since this was sort of unplanned on top of the rest of the build and the water loop. Friend offered to buy my 5 year old 4790K and 1070 SC system for about 450 though so I decided it was worth it after realizing I was never going to use the system minus the GPU for what I thought I would and it was just going to take up space/power.
