I recently bought a GTX 1080 FTW on Feb 23rd 2017 and I want to do the step-up program for a GTX 1080 Ti. I view the details on my card and it shows that my card is not eligible for the step-up program. Is it because the 1080 Ti is unavailable or simply I cannot do the step-up program with the FTW?
