EVGA SC17 - Starwars Battlefront 2 driver issue

Considering that EVGA has not formally chimed in on their SC17's unstable GPU driver,
does anyone have a recommendation on playing Starwars Battlefront 2?  Their required  driver is 388 and over
but the SC17 can only reliably work on 385.69 and under?
 
I'd appreciate any advice on the matter,

    You could do this to bypass the driver requirement.
     
    Note: Your nvidia control panel won't work after performing the bypass, so make sure you have everything setup correctly inside the nvidia control panel before doing the bypass.

    Would there be a way to undo the bypass to get the NVIDIA control panel to work again?

    I think you could probably just download to the latest nvidia application. Just make sure you're using the updated bios on your EVGA SC17.
