Hi,
Couple days ago my screen went of and started to show pixel lines or totally black out. When I pushed top and bottom side of the screen it came back. But, every time I need to push it to came the screen back. There is no physical damage and it happened. I submitted a ticket and EVGA said they do not have any out of warranty repair option. I don't have any information to repair this screen. Is there anybody know what I need to do?

Thank you

The only advice I can give you for an out of warranty laptop is to try a third part repair center at your own risk.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I used my daughter's play dough tools and opened the screen protector. I checked the cables but problem still continue. I think I need to change the screen inside. The screen code is b173zan01.0 if you need.

Also EVGA send me ticket answer related to this issue. Basically they said, I don't have warranty so, they do not care anymore. Even they do not provide any documentation related to the laptop.

    UPDATE: (SC17 1070)
Connected laptop to external display (32" tv) and voila, able to see laptop screen contents. Keep in mind, I'm a TOTAL NEWB, but can someone/anyone explain to me what this capability indicates as far as further steps I should take to identify the black screen issue?
