EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming 10GB with EVGA 3080 Hybrid Kit installed.
 
UK record for port royal on a 3080.
 
This is with XOC bios which is rated for 450w from the GPU.
 
Getting 2200mhz on the core clock is very difficult due to the power balancing on the EVGA 3080. The 400w power limit kicks in around 2160mhz ish and from there you need to significantly lower thermals to get around the power limit.
 
Cold winter British weather helped me with that.
 
Without the power limit due to the bad power balance I could easily achieve 2200mhz for stable use but then again overclocking these cards no longer gives significant increases because they are already very over provisioned or near the limit
