It will more than likely be the Boost Clock. Should be the same hardware, just pushed harder. Currently its a $50 difference between the Ti XC and Ti XC Ultra.

When do preorders actually ship from EVGA?
We are close enough to release where this is a fair question. We shouldn't have to wait in suspense for a tracking number. Just post some general time frames per order number that we can check. If we don't get tracking numbers this week, that means we won't receive them till well after the 20th.

2nd that. Pre orders havent sold out for the regular 2080 ti non-ultra here in the EU. So i’m hoping im getting a notification one of these days.

I could be mistaken but on 19 September independent reviews can be published for the RTX series. On 20 September this is the official NVIDIA RTX release date.

Same here I pre ordered on day one but I got an email that my 2080ti xc ultra was delayed to the 27th "due to manufacturing delays"
