Hello all. I had a ticket with RMA do to a return. I got the approval and sent it with tracking. I just saw on the tracking info that it was refused at the address? WTH would they refuse it?

It would only be guess work information from Forum Members as to why it was refused. It would also help out if you filled out your Location under User Control PanelYou only need enter the State or Country as to help.

Maybe a MOD or an EVGA Teach will Post in your Thread. Did you take Photos of the Item before you packed it up and Shipped it? On the Package did you Write the RAM Number on it?

Hello, The package was refused delivery because it was not sent according to the EVGA RMA Instructions that were sent. It is important for all RMAs that the instructions be followed exactly to avoid refusal of the package. I will be responding to the ticket with more detail.

No Looks like --->The Box was not accepted because the sender did not follow instructions Pure guess on my part --> any RMA I've seen says -- Use a specific address & put the RMA # on the shipping label or it gets rejected when delivery company tries to deliver https://www.evga.com/howtorma/ Once the RMA request is reviewed and approved by the RMA department the following steps will occur: - The RMA number and shipping instructions are emailed to you
- The defective product now can be shipped EVGA. The address, packing information, and shipping information are detailed in the email that is received when the RMA is approved.
Contacting Customer ServiceIf you have any questions about the preceding RMA terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service by calling 888-881-EVGA (3842) option 2. Customer Service can be reached 9AM - 5:30PM Pacific M-F.

- Products received in any type of shipping envelope or soft packaging material will be immediately rejected.

If the instructions for RMA are not followed they have to refuse the item. There are many reasons for this.

If it was a P.O. box, then it would not work. Also, can't have a different address than the one on record.
