Hi,
 
I submitted a support ticket request over a week ago for my recently replaced RTX 2080,
The old was running hot all the time even with no game running,
The new one has just started artifacting after playing 5 minutes of a game on 2 different systems so far.
 
Is there some staffing issues with the support staff at the moment?
