All the messages I'm reading in here is just a small hope that things will return to normal and people will eventually get what they wish for.
EVGA reminds me of the BFG days. RIP BFG, long live EVGA and their customer service.

So the server actually crashed? When did they go down? How long were they down for?

That actually doesn't make me feel better about my position in the queue. As if they had people getting in from 6-7:44, and they were now on 7:28~, that makes me think there is quite a bit of stock coming in. However if everyone was getting in at 7:20.... and they are now only at 7:28~, I've got quite a bit longer of a wait to go.

Basically from 6:00-7:20 everything was dead almost the entire time.
Things got a little better from 7:20-7:30 and some people started getting to the page to enter your name and email for notifies and got errors there, but some got success. Most were still getting website errors.
Things got bad again from 7:30-7:40 but there was some success.
From 7:40 on there was a lot more success but it was hit and miss for a lot of people for probably the next hour as page load attempts got more consistent.

enewt, thanks for taking a look. As GoOutlier says above, I'm hopeful that the website issues "thinned the herd" a bit, so it remains to be seen if it's comparable to previous launches, although interest was obviously much much higher this time around.

So it looks like they're making their way through some of these queues at a pretty good rate! That leaves me very hopeful. If I get my email in the next 2 to 3 weeks that'd be absolutely amazing. Not great times, all around 8-20AM on Elite day. But certainly not the worst.

I wish I shared your optimist for decreasing demand...I think we are in for a doozy of a Wednesday afternoon (forum spamming), Thursday morning (instability) and Friday (complaints about Elite vs. Non-Elite and lack of progress on the 3070 Ti queues, along with 3080 Ti queue members asking where the 3080 Ti supply went). Get ready for the rollercoaster....

8 minutes of movement on a launch day is a movement of EPIC proportions.

Right? That gives me hope that by the end of the month, I'll have a new GPU for myself (3080Ti) and one for my brothers rig (3070Ti) after waiting 8 months on a 3080 and 3070

I've been keeping my eyes on Amazon, I noticed that EVGA is selling the 3080Ti FTW3 for like $2,899 or so? Does anyone know what's up with that? A couple of the Discord channels I'm in offer the Add to Cart link and I'd be rippin' pissed if it I bought one at that price. Are they inflating the price on Amazon on purpose or what? Anyway, happy Wednesday everyone and I hope this 3080Ti queue continue to move forward and doesn't stall out due to the 3070 Ti dropping.

Those are 3rd party sellers. Amazon is “supposed to” weed out the price gouging sellers.

God there isn’t a big enough roll eyes emoji to go with the above statement.

All the messages I'm reading in here is just a small hope that things will return to normal and people will eventually get what they wish for.
EVGA reminds me of the BFG days. RIP BFG, long live EVGA and their customer service.

I'm posting this again because the current listed RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Hydro Copper is earlier than mine. I got my card ordered on launch day.

Maybe I was the last person to get one?

If that's the case I consider myself VERY lucky because that's the card I wanted most as I'm already running a custom loop.
