So I have a score of 0 and I have been waiting since January of last year for a 3080. Anyone know about the system enough to tell me if I should hold on or am I just stuck in queue hell?
To my knowledge you are still in que 2.0, unless you were able to sign up for one of the 12gb 3080's. If that's the case then you can check your time against the last known time for your sku on enewt's spreadsheet here. That's a best case/guess scenario I can advise you with anyways. You can keep your que and keep waiting or try your luck at a Newegg shuffle or Micro Center, Best Buy, ect. That's your call. Best of luck!

Anyone know if profiles get deleted after a certain amount of time? EVGA could not locate my user, even though I have all the original emails from 6 months ago when I signed up for the queue.. Now password reset didn't work and I was able to create a new profile with my same email.. Hoping I didn't lose my place in queue but sounds like I may have.
Signing up for the queue did not require an account. Look at https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp to see if your queues show in there. Also, EVGA does not delete your account after any certain amount of time.

I believe the 3080 ftw3 ultra is at the beginning of December 2020 now, so you are not very far if that is you sku sign up This given you are in North America and have it as an active queue, ie no older queue notifies before it

Always thought that the black/gaming series was a retail only product, because it was always in BB stores.

Just so you are aware, 3883 is a unicorn as far as I know. There was one recorded drop, in the US, back in June 2021. They switched over to the LHR cards shortly there after.
I have first hand reports that is it doing well and I am hoping it does not break because I have no clue what they will send me.
3881 is still on launch day and the last recorded drop was in August 2021.

I think the new system is definitely a move in the right direction, considering how much bots began to dominate the old system of time based signups due to the site being DDOSed. Now instead of having to F5 and hope the site loads, you just have to sign up while the notifies are on the site.
You clearly have no understanding whatsoever of how web sites operate, let alone bots. This new queuing system does absolute jack for preventing bots from doing the exact same thing they were doing before. The only thing EVGA did was move the bullseye from one location to another. The bots simply have to be reprogrammed and told where the new bullseye is.

I really hope I can get into it, sadly my past cards are not being recognized in points. And has been a long time I was so active in upgrading parts.
For some reason my GTX 970 is nowhere to be found in my profile, I don't know why... But I think it doesn't count as points anyway.
Hopefully I can get my hands on EVGA card anytime soon, because that is the only brand of videocards I actually trust.
I kind of feel sad right now, that I decided not to upgrade in 10xx series and was like, yeah I can upgrade in 20xx series but wanted to wait for this generation. What a mistake that was.

So there is literally no reason as a new customer or existing customer without an EVGA score to try to purchase an EVGA video card. Going forward when the 40 series launches, everyone who managed to buy a 30 series EVGA card are now going to have more EVGA score than you.. so you won't be able to climb that mountain either. This just seems like an awful system that is not going to get better.

1. All remaining in queue 2.0 are sort of grandfathered in. There'll be no more queue 2.0 going forward - everything (gpu) will be following queue 3.0 rules 2. Any "Auto notify" button you see for any gpu (now and in the future) will default to queue 3.0 rules 3. Not necessarily true. Several folks reported they got 3080 12GB despite having score = 0.

1) If and when any of the queue 2.0 SKUs open up again, then yes you could dump one and queue for it. 2) 27 January the 3050 will release, we do not know the time yet and it will probably be announced. Between 2.0 and 3.0 you can only be in two queues, but you can remove yourself from one of the 2.0 queues and sign up for a 3.0 SKU when they are released. You do know that NVIDIA made the 3080 16 NDA a "no notice soft launch?" Even the reviewers were not allowed to say anything or have access to updated drivers until after the launch. As far as the 3080 16GB queue, it probably will reopen again. 3) 3.0 is divided into tiers based on scores, GPUs will be allocated to each of the tiers, you are only competing with people in your tier (and no, we don't know the breakdown of the tiers). Thus far, even though the 3080 16GB was only open a short time there are people reporting their buy notifications who had 0 as a score.

Wonder if it was a mistake, if they had few cards, or if so many queued up in those few minutes. It can't have been more than 15 min. I definitely caught it by dumb luck while refreshing the products list.

Just a hunch/tought, but has anyone considered that following through with your declared objective is a matter of integrity? I have no patience for excuses. If EVGA can't do what they said they want to do, update us and provide us new corrected objectives and processes.
