Will there be a queue for the 3050 or is the new queue specific for the new 3080's?

Frozywozy Yeah it's hilarious to see people bragging about having a high score which they got after registering a ton of series 2000 or 3000 cards. And then you, me and several others are still sitting here with our series 1000, because we decided to skip on the series 2000 which was way more expensive than the series 1000 was at launch. And that gives us a score of 0 even if we registered that series 1000 and the power supply after January 2019. Nice to see that people who registered a ton of series 3000 after acquiring them outside of the EVGA queue get a better a score and a fastest queue for yet another one!
If the queue 3.0 write up is accurate people who haven't bought a 3000 card get queue priority over those who have regardless of score.

I read through this thread and am a bit confused. On my notify list, I have 2 notifies set to "True", Notify sent. From my understanding I should be able to sign up for a 3080 12gb or a 3090 ti despite owning a regular 3080 and 3090. Is this correct? Yesterday I received the error saying I have 2 "active" notifies. I saw that this is fixed regarding the error message. It still shows as 2 "True" on my notify list today and I cannot change them because notifies were sent. When the queue re-opens, I should in theory be able to sign up for new cards; is this correct? Thanks.

I think it would be interesting to possibly add two additional columns : 1) Previously purchased 30 series outside of queue ? 2) Current GPU you are gaming with ?

bill1024 If you left click on someone's name in public profile there is a spot for score. I do not remember that being there before. If that is "the score" I do not know for sure.
I can see your score in the public profile, but mine and other members showing 0.
I really do not know what that score is??? First time I seen it was today. I looked under MY EVGA and my EVGA score is way more than 20.
This "score" was related to latent programming leftover during the last implementation of the forums. The score represented the balance of the number of people who liked and disliked you. If anyone remembers the very short-lived time that this was a feature, you'll remember why it was disabled relatively quickly.... The score you reference is not related to the new EVGA Score. If we see that there's a lot of confusion over this score, we'll probably just remove or hide it.
Thanks Lee for clearing that up. I don't remember that, but then again but I do have "CRS" "Can't remember stuff."

Not quite. And only deprioritized if the 3000 series card was bought from EVGA.com The order is made up of the following factors: EVGA Score and Score Tiers – This score signifies the value of your registered EVGA products, EVGA Bucks earned, and Blue Ribbons from participating on the forums. – - EVGA Score can be seen on the My EVGA page.
- Customers will be sorted into multiple tiers, based on EVGA Score.
- EVGA Scores are updated on the first of every month, which may move some members up or down a tier.
Time/Date of your notification – Date of your notification is used as a tie-breaker between customers with the same EVGA Score.30 Series purchase status – Customers who have purchased a 30 Series product from EVGA.com will be deprioritized in the VGA queue, and will become eligible to purchase their VGA notify product(s) after others in their tier purchase a 30 Series product.* –- Non-VGA notification queues are not affected by this requirement.
EVGA ELITE Status – Some products will be available only to EVGA ELITE members. –- Becoming an EVGA ELITE Member will give you access to sign up for a notification for the first 24 hours after a product is released, subject to EVGA’s discretion.

My score of 1 doesn't exactly make me hopeful, I will reserve judgement until I try and buy a 3050. I am a non 30 series owner so in theory this tier will be given preference.

I think this is wrong. They are de prioritized from people in their same tier. I hope I'm wrong, but this seems to mean someone in a tier above me will be able to buy all the cards they want before I get my invite.

I doubt it, I am pretty sure they still will be able to buy only one of each SKU like it is now. And they may have a limit of two cards in each new queue, like now in the original queue.

I only see we can have 2 notifications at a time. Once a card is bought isn't the notification inactive? So can't someone sign back up (if queue is open) and then be in line above everyone in lower tiers?

You'd think so, but I'm not entirely sure it works that way. It seems and feels like a hard limit of 2. I cannot be 100% sure because I still have one notify active, received a card already, but haven't had a chance to try to add a new 'active' yet.

I don't think so for the same card. They maybe able to buy a 3080 12gb and a 3650 but you can not buy two of any one SKU. And once you buy two in the queue I do believe you can not buy another until the next launch.

I have been a loyal customer of EVGA since 2007 but I only buy a new card every 3 years or so. My current GPU is a 1080 TI and I have been trying to get a 3080 like so many other people for some time. My EVGA score is 0. I think rewarding people for high consumerism, and people who mine by giving them a high score (since they have bought several 20 or 30 series cards) is not rewarding loyal customers. It rewards folks with money to burn.
