Release: 4/29/2022  -  This release updates PX1 to support the GeForce RTX 3090 Ti HYBRID card.
 
Note - To reduce potential MCU/BIOS flashing issues, please disable "Fast Boot" in your motherboard BIOS before changing cards or flashing to a different BIOS.  Just a PSA....
 
  • Adds support for the RTX 3090 Ti FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING

    I installed PX1 ver. 1.3.3.0, but the app doesn't open.
     
    My GPU is EVGA RTX 3080Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming.
     
    I have already tried every solutions that I read on some sites, but I have still have this problem.
     
    PX1 ver.1.3.2.0 is working fine.
     
    Some help would be appreciated.

    Have you tried to uninstall PX1 and then make sure the folder is removed as well? It also might be worth seeing if getting PX1 off of Steam would help. I only have a 3080 FTW3 but 1.3.3.0 opened fine for me.

    Have you tried to uninstall PX1 and then make sure the folder is removed as well? It also might be worth seeing if getting PX1 off of Steam would help. I only have a 3080 FTW3 but 1.3.3.0 opened fine for me.

    I've tried all of that and nothing.
     
    It shows the splash screen and the app stops.
     
    I think there's an incompatibility with the new version of iCUE software from Corsair.

    I am having the same issue. Had to go back to 1.3.2. I do not have ICUE installed.

    Hello,
     
    Same here, Precision X1 got updated automatically by Steam today and it is crashing each time I try to start it.
     
    Only the Presicion X1 logo is showing then dissapear.
     
    Running Windows 11
     
    Had to rollback to version 1.3.2.0 to make it work again.

    Huh this makes think not to update PX1 yet. I have EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3070Ti FTW3 don't really want to test if it work.

    Same here guys., win10, RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra, after upgrade to 1.3.3.0, X1 does not start at all.

    Just tried with removing kb5012159, did a clean install of 1.3.3.0 and still isn't working.

    In order "still" to remove the old px1, one needs to boot into safe mode to remove the old evga folders.

    First, nice username, it’s good to have a heads up.

    Next, no, it hasn’t required it every single time, but it has always been a trouble shooting step to verify that there isn’t an underlying file that isn’t being properly removed when installing the new version.

    Yes, people would still be using it, because they have been “still using it” for years, even though not all updates have been perfect along the way. Again, this is a trouble shooting step.
