EVGA NUAII has stopped working

Love the Card but now it keeps crashing on startup, deleted what was in EVGA folder, read and searched through the Internet, Sound Works but not the application.
I even switched PCI slots but no go.
Card is amazing when it worked had a Soundblaster64 Z before but it doesn't even come close to the NU.

    Please Close the thread.
    I don't know why but I found out that my Mic and Line In were both Disabled.
    works like a charm and Loving the sound.

    Here is my rig
    Probably throwing the Asus Maximus XI extreme out and put my Evga X299 dark in it, never buy Asus Mobo again.
