Quick Question that my son has.

The EVGA NU card has a front panel audio connector that will connect to the Front panel of the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic which has both a headphone and mic 3.5 mic jack Separately.

Will there be any problem using these headphones in the front 3.5mm headphone and mic jack? (Linked Below)

Will the Mic work properly too?
Also will the virtual 3d sound just released via driver update work too?

Should be no problem.  It's still recommended to use the rear panel ports on the audio card, since the quality of a front panel cable isn't always that great.

I own a pair of the Senn GSP 600's, so I can tell you that the headphones work fine on the NU Audio Card.

Would there be a problem using the front panel audio I mean what do you mean the quality won't be as great. My problem might be the distance from the back to where I will be sitting

For Headphones I would think it would be the same.
Unless the Computer Case Cable is of Poor Grade.

    ^This.

The main concern with a front panel header is the quality and wiring of the cable that goes from either a motherboard or an audio card to the front panel ports.  I've seen plenty of motherboard issues and damage caused by poor wiring/grounding in a front panel cable (Antec 900 anyone?).  Keep in mind that the headphone amp will be pumping power through that kind of of wiring, as well, and you can easily run into some problems.

With that said, if the wiring is sufficient, you still likely have a bit more degraded quality in the front panel ports, which might induce some additional impedance or noise.  After all, case manufacturers simply need to make the port available; it doesn't need to be of the highest quality.

However, it's possible that enough quality was used throughout the cable/ports and you won't notice any difference, which is ideal.  There's no reason not to try it out first and see if it's an issue.  If it is, then you can always get some standard stereo cable extension cables to make up the difference.

Well that's a good explanation for me. How long is the GSP 600 headset wires. Also if I keep the headset connected will I be able to change between my headset and my speakers through the software? or is that only through windows itself.

    Thanks for the help

Running windows 10 here. I find it easy enough to just click on the volume control in the system tray and select the output - as I bounce between headphone (connected to the back of the NU) and the SPDIF output of the NU. This is a lot faster then opening the NU software

In Discord you set your playback / record to the exact device (not just system default). Doing this you can have game sounds on the speakers and leave voice comms to your headset

According to Sennheiser, the cable is 2.5m, or just a little over 8 feet.  Yes, you can either play both the speakers and headset at the same time, or you can enable/disable the speakers/headphone output individually.
