Any fix for this? 
 
It happens every startup, and is quite annoying. It causes issues as it prevents Icue from loading properly, causing my keyboard and mouse, including system fan lighting from working correctly, as well as other startup programs. So I've had to uninstall it.

I use UAC Pass for some things that always used to bother me with prompts..It's a lightweight and portable application that enables you to deactivate User Account Control (UAC) for selected applications..See if/how that works for ya.

What I don't understand is why they can't just make it so it doesn't have to ask for Admin Controls, Icue can do it, Asus aura sync can do it.

It's Windows which is asking for your permission for the program to make changes. Basically, it's a security feature of Windows.
