I would like all of you to be aware that I am going to file a lawsuit versus EVGA tomorrow, regarding a fire caused by a defective power supply by EVGA. Additionally I am alleging that the company engages in deceptive trade practices, by advertising a continuous power rating, its electrical protections, that are not reflective of reality. Moreover I'm alleging that the warranty disclaiming "uninterrupted use", is itself deceptive given that EVGA does not publish a duty cycle, and also advertises various methods of "uninterrupted use" to the public.

However, I would like to make it known that I am a Machine Learning researcher, and I train "large language models" on a data science workstation, specifically for legal text classification and analysis.

My motivation is that my state of Oregon, has only 31% of the number of public defenders that it needs, to represent criminal defendants. As a result there is a large number of people who are unlawfully imprisoned in violation of their constitutional rights, for example many people were wrongfully imprisoned by non-unanimous juries.

Hopefully OP will keep us updated with the status of this lawsuit.
But I doubt he will once he realizes he's going to either lose or withdraw the lawsuit.
