Well, aside from the pump housing and the hoses beeing rubber and no sleeved, I see nothing diferent.
It looks like it's using the same pump from the other CLC coolers, but with a new housing.

EDIT: It doesn't include RGB lightning.

    I'm not big into case lighting. So is that the only difference between the 11 and 12? Non-sleeved tubing, and LEDs?

    For what it looks like, yes.
    In a few days, maybe some tech media / youtubers will have hands-on on this CLC, so we can see how it looks like.

    Has anyone figured out how to make this thing not turn red?

    The other thing I noticed is it says that it supports current Intel sockets with no mention of AMD.

    This one lacks the RGB LED so it shouldn't turn red. The ones with RGB lighting need the USB plugged in and flow control software installed to control the RGB colors. I think the default though is the light to represent operating temperature range with red meaning it's getting to hot.
