Looks like the XC3 is up for auto notify but not the FTW kit sadly. Really hoping to get on the FTW kit list when it goes back up. Hopefully didn't miss it.

Got my email last Thurday, and the kit came via UPS today.
I've built my fair share of computers, but I've never touched the GPU in any of my builds.
Pretty nervous about tackling this tomorrow.
Will try to remember to post pics!
Let us know how it goes :) -- This will be my first GPU cooler replacement as well and am wondering if I'll need to look at purchasing thermal pads for the RAM/VRMs to replace the stock ones in case the kit is designed to reuse the ones that ship with the cards & potential damage that may happen during disassembly.

Both kits are still available on the EVGA store, see if you can VPN in and buy one then ship to your region maybe? Or contact sales@evga.com?

I got notified for my 3090 FTW3 cooler kit 12/10 and ordered. Received today. Just installed. So much quieter. Just like I was back with my 2080ti Hybrid.
Easy install. Biggest challenge was removing all the old putty. Make sure you have High % Isopropyl on hand and some lint free cloths.
Handful of tips:
- When removing the original GPU bracket, Hold onto it. It is terribly sproingy.
- When removing the backplate screws. There is one hiding under the EVGA warranty tamper label.
- Does take a bit of force to get the original heatsink off. Slow gentle pressure is your friend. Do not twist.
- Have some compressed air to blow little fribbles of putty away.
One oddity I noticed. When setting the RGB colors on the cooler. The Red and Green channels are switched on mine. I do not have the RGB on the fans hooked up so can not really tell if that is being affected the same way.
How is your pump noise? Mine is not good https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xK6itutaTE Also, my temperatures are not much better than on Air. 65C average on Port Royal on default settings. How are yours?

I'll have mine in about a week. I saw a couple people posted their experiences and tips. Anybody else care to chip in before I tear into mine? I'm a bit nervous.
Also do they come with new thermal pads or are we reusing the old ones? Thanks

The new heatsink has new thermal paste already applied to it. That being said I was considering using liquid metal on mine, has anyone else tried LM yet?

I just placed an order for my hybrid kit for my 3090 FTW3 Ultra, and I also want to use Thermal Grizzly Conductonaught Liquid Metal between the Hybrid water block and the GPU die. I need clarification that it's not an issue with the Hybrid water block. I don't want it turning to solder on me. Also - I remember seeing somewhere on here, months back, Jacob listed the exact types of thermal strips we would need if we wanted to upgrade the stock ones. I would like to replace all the thermal putty strips on both sides with some high-end strips, and I need to know how many strips, how long, and how thick each needs to be. I've already bought 4 x Noctua NF-F12 iPPC 3000RPM Static Pressure fans that I plan to use on the 240mm rad in push/pull, replacing the two stock fans. Is it possible to run the 1 fan on the actual shroud off an alternative source as well? Like a commander pro or motherboard header? id like to remove all fan control from the GPU itself to conserve that wattage. Lastly, id like to buy an EK 360mm PE Rad to replace the 240mm rad... Would I simply need to replace the tubing from the GPU shroud to the RAD, and find some sort of fittings that would work?
