Well I am seriously disappointed that I have to deal with a return once again. And
although I can't be 100% sure it's EVGA's fault, since I didn't purchase the card directly from EVGA,
I would, however, if I was EVGA, be VERY concerned about other retailers selling cards in this condition...
because all we truly have in this world is our reputation, and yours may be at stake.

What's my problem, a bent PCB and heatsink! see pics.
By the way, I bought that card for my roommate and I was very embarrassed and angry when I saw it.

PS: Although I love your customer service, EVGA, I really don't want to have to use it too often :)

Yeah, that's kind of bendy, isn't it >.<

(Personal note, not saying you should do this):

I probably wouldn't care about it if the card works, but man I do understand wanting it
right....I would notify eVGA about it tho (as you've done) ....that's pretty bad..

Hopefully your new replacement card won't have the same issue.

Just out of curiosity since, in a prior post you mentioned how "tight" your wring is, was there are any stress put on the PCIe wiring when routing your cabling? I only ask because it appears that the bend is more or less centered where they attach to the  PCB. As flexible as  the PCB and heat sink is, it wouldn't take much to warp it.

Hello Zapious! I am sorry to hear about the issue with your graphics card. Rigidity of the card is something we always check for and having a bowing PCB is definitely unusual. I will be sending you an e-mail to the address registered on your member account. Please check your inbox shortly.

Based on what I can see I would almost say that is damaged while in shipment.

The cable would pull up, the pcb is bent down. Pulling something upward does not make it bend down.

    UPDATE:
So, first off I would like to thank AdamB for the prompt offer of help from EVGA, although at this time it isn't necessary.
Because: I bought the card New, from Amazon. After contacting them, they immediately sent me a new one which took
7 days from the day I contacted them, till it was in my hand. I sent them the old one back today. All at no cost to me.

    To answer some replies:
    1. Replacement looks and works  excellent (so far) fingers crossed.
    2. I have no posts of tight wiring, and the card was only just installed, you may notice there isn't any ram yet. (Original pictures. New Build)
    3. The original sealed package/box was undamaged.

    Thanks for the comments.

     The Replacement.
