Thanks, but I'm not sure if these are really the stock BIOS. By the description, one BIOS on TPU is from a test sample and the other is the same BETA OC BIOS as here on the forum. For example, I've only overwritten the normal mode. My OC mode BIOS is still stock and has version 94.02.26.48.AE. But this version does not exist on TPU, which is why I believe they don't offer the stock BIOS version there.

The only difference between the BIOSes is the fan profiles, how aggressively the fans are run. The OC BIOS has a more aggressive fan profile, thus allowing for a higher overclock (theoretically).
The fan profile does make a difference. I ran Port Royale with stock settings, and only changed the switch and got a few extra hundred points.
I didn't say it doesn't make a difference, just had to throw the "theoretically" for the inevitable user(s) that would chime in and say it doesn't make a difference for them/their setup.

My timespy score went down 700 points installing the OC bios. overclocking to 175/245 only got my score back to being 300 under. This BIOS isn't ready.

Ok, got a FTW Ultra, came here. Updated to "normal" beta BIOS, started X1, it did another BIOS update. Am I good? Just trying to make sure I have the correct BIOS flashed. GPU-Z says: Bios 94.02.26.48.87 Thanks.

I was able to go from +100 to +150 with the XOC bios after a Hybrid Kit install for my FTW3 Ultra

Ok guys can someone please enlighten me ? I have downloaded both the 450w bioses and extracted the NORMAL one and flashed it.. I thought NORMAL one would write the bios to the normal slot..Since I have zero interest in the original NORMAL bios I thought I'll have the original OC bios in the OS slot and the 450w bios in the normal slot....
BUT, the 450w bios got written to the OC slot, so now I have the original NORMAL bios and the 450w bios...
Can anyone guide me to achieving what I want ?
I wan to to have only the original OC bios and the 450w bios...

I have the 3080 FTW and added the Hybrit Kit and I can not get the Hybrid XOC Bios to Flash. It is saying there is no display adapters were found that are compatible with this update. Any Ideas? It also seems like my Overclock it much lower than when on air.

I flashed my 3080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid with the version FTW3 Hybrid listed here, and I just realized this version is not for the Ultra. Will there be an Ultra version available? Where can I download the original BIOS for my FTW3 Ultra Hybrid?

Hi
Im just new here and i just had my 3080 ftw3 and what an amazing card..i just had a few question as i tried the bios flash.
1. why is it when i flashed the bios oc which is the .88 version all im getiing is the error if i just move any slider on precision the run wont even start on 3dmark time spy or port royale.
2. And why when i flashed back to bios normal which is the .87 version my maximumg power limit still remains 118% cant go back to the regular 105% ?

Installed the normal beta and the OC beta bios linked in the OP , something that I wondered is if the bios makes a difference when you are not manually overclocking? i.e. higher boost clocks and power draw compared to the bios that comes with the GPU? Essentially just trying to work out if it matters at all what bios is running or which bios is selected if you are just gaming using the auto boost and auto fan curves. I also noticed the normal beta bios doesnt ever stop the fans just like the OC bios, just has them run a bit lower at idle?
