EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING - Update BIOS

Hello to all!
 
I am lucky enough to have received an EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING and I am wondering which BIOS I should install or which one is up to date.
 
According to GPU-Z, my BIOS version is 94.02.26.48.68.
 
According to Techpowerup, there are several newer (?) versions available.
 
Should I install an update? If so, which one? I don't want to OC at the moment. What are the improvements of the newer BIOS versions? Is it possible to download and/or install the latest BIOS version directly via EVGA or is it only possible via e.g. Techpowerup?

    Don’t go off of numbers as an incremental update. The only bios out are the normal stock ones and the increased power limit ones, which you can find stickied at the top of the 30 series section.

    If you don’t want to OC, then there’s no bios updates. Just use PX1 to update the MCU firmware, which is different than bios.

    EDIT: also, you may have seen the ‘ Normal - OC’ switch. This doesn’t change the cards clocks, just the fan curve behavior. But one position on the switch has one version number, and another position has a different number. That’s why you may see different ver #s. You can check this out by switching the switch while your pc is off, and GPUz should now read a different version.

    Just run the card as is and see how it performs.  There is no need to update the bios right out of the box.  
     
    Running Precision X1 will occasionally kick in a firmware update, which is different.  
     
    Concentrate on getting the card running solid in your setup, do some benchmarks and monitor it.  Get good cooling air flow.

    Hi guys. 
    I did upgrade the firmware on my EVGA RTX 3080 Ultra Gaming.
    After this process i can get less graphics score in the 3dmark TimeSpy benchmark with same settings.
    ~300 points less.
    Same VBIOS, same Driver, everiyhing the same, i changend the firmware only.
    Anybody has same problem?
    How I can backup to the oldone?
     
    EDIT: I checked again and its running only PCIE x4 mode, not in x16 mode.
    What can I do?

    3dmark scores can vary as much as 3% from run to run. Post your before and after scores.

    Reseat the card, update the driver, and update 3DMark. Also MB bios.
