how warm is the room, how are your case fans set-up?
what speed is the GPU fan running ?

    stock or custom curve ?

What OC software are you using ?

Is enough of your case fan hot air being expelled through the back of the case?

it`s normal for this card because this cooler projected to 1660 ti,so you must download EVGA software and lowering max TDP to 145w and now is this card have 70-73degrease and fan is silent, but need some regulation with custom fan speed and max TDP and overclocking memory and chip for best performance, this card have another problem not push good on VRM because EVGA forget made some screw here
