when I turn on pc no signal video - black screen until you reach the system. If I reset to pc the signal no lost and work ok .
 
why does not get signal when turning on , (only in DisplayPort)
 
I have tried several monitors and I happened with this pc and with my new pc
 
any ideas ...

    Do your computers have fast boot enabled inside the bioses? If yes, disable fast boot to see if that makes a difference. You should also disable windows fast startup.
