The warranty for the card has expired few months ago, so I'm thinking would it be a good choice to change a new cooler to replace the existing ACX 2.0+?
I read that there is not much options for this old card.

    If the fans have stopped working you may be able to find them on ebay if you punch in the part # of the fans into ebay.

    I just went to New Egg and typed in-fans for gtx970- and got some results...... 

    Asus ROG Strix B550-F gaming

    EVGA allows you to change your cooler, TIM & thermal pads ... without Voiding your warranty ... just do not damage your card in the process
