I was given a EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 Hydro Copper for my birthday, but I quickly realized that the card had a waterblock on it and I do not have a water cooled PC. Is there a way for me to remove the water block and replace it with something like the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti SC HYBRID Waterblock Cooler self contained?

As Kram36 stated, Yes. Keep the waterblock though, as you will have to reattach it if you ever need to RMA the card.
