Hello All,

My 1080ti is still going strong after 3 (almost 4!) years, but the stock radiator fan is starting to become more and more noisy. I believe the bearings on the fan are starting to go. So, I tried replacing the fan with the Noctua NF-P12 redux-1300 rpm 120mm fan. However, after plugging it in, the new fan would not spin. The connector out of the GPU is only two pins (but fits a 3 pin header), so I believe it controls the RPM of the fan with voltage alone. The new fan will kind of spin if I manually kick it off, but does not spin quickly at all.

Any info as to what is going on and any suggestions as to what I should do? I am fine with purchasing a new fan or perhaps a converter, if that will work.

Thanks!
