When is the EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1080 Classified and the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 hydro copper scheduled to be released? I already have the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition I got it on release day, but I'm so unhappy with the heat dissipation and I'm completely going through my RIG updating everything and switching to full custom water cooled system. Also does anyone know if I can use the Step Up program and get either the Classified or the Hydro Copper 1080's?

No one knows the actual release date. Some EVGA reps have stated somewhere around July.

And no, Step-up only ever has bottom model graphics cards. Never, ever, have they allowed a step up to a Classified, Hydro Copper, or Hybrid. Once there was a 970 SSC offered, but that was because EVGA royally borked up the 970s and SLI compatibility.

I will try it anyways. Lol but I know it'll let me choose anything else, yet the others aren't available anyways. My 1080 Founders is great so far but I am very OCD and out my heat in my RIG. I'm about to start a forum for a special build. A custom Breast Cancer Awareness MOD, Pink exterior white interior with a custom liquid cooled setup a few custom made Awareness Ribbons with pink Liquid coolant flowing through them and can be seen through the window on the Corsair Obsidian 750D, custom mod to, I will be chopping her apart before color goes on her, EVGA 1000 G1 Full Modula PSU with completely Custom sleeved cables, Intel Core i7 4790k cpu liquid cooled with EK Waterblock, 32Gb GEil EVO VELOCE 2400Mhz DDR3 liquid cooled with EK waterblock, 2 Way SLI EVGA GeForce GTX Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 1 with Custom Paint Job even down to the PCIe slots. I will be using 3 Radiators, 2 Resorivors, All Compression fittings will be PrimoChilll with PETG tubing. SLOGAN "GAME LIKE A GIRL!" Let me know what you guys think please!

This song seems quite fitting. Presented with good humor.

I would probably pay more than just the difference if I could step up from my 1080 SC to a Classified. Not for the performance difference but the looks that full range leds like the rest of my case lights.  As it stands, I'll probably ask just to be sure or sell my 1080 SC and buy a Classy outright.
