    If you've tested it in another PC and it's giving you the same error, the card needs to be RMA'd.  Sajin is correct and you must send the card back to EVGA for service.

    flip the switch/jumper on the mainboard and reset cmos/nvram completely.
     
    Seen a few cases of corrupted dmi data left over from another card causing a new gpu to code 43 (or even an intel igp that is disabled in the bios to still appear in device manager)

    Yes, that will work. Remove the cmos battery for 15 minutes to make sure the BIOS has completely reset itself.  There are also BIOS reset jumpers on your board.

    Does that card also throw the code 43 error in another system? If yes, you'll need to do another rma.
