EVGA GeForce 970 Stopped working

My GeForce 970 which was working for about last 4 years stopped working all of a sudden. It is not even been detected by bios. Are there any debug steps that I can go over to see if there is still a chance to revive the card? I have tried taking it out and putting back in different PCI slot.

    Baking the gpu may fix your problem.

    Note: Make sure you bake the card with the die facing up instead of down.

    Just make sure to use an "oven" that you would - NEVER - put food into after "baking" your electronics

    A friend of mine baked his 8800 GTS at the time and used his oven for food and never had any problems at all, but indeed electronics may leave invisible residue so be aware of cleaning it well after...

    Heavy metals are Poisons ... not sure how you would determine it was "clean" .... its Not a Good Idea to use it for food after contaminating the oven
     
    The Vapor Will coat the inside of the oven .... making All surfaces a potential hazard ... and future heating will produce fumes ...  then contaminate your Food
     
     
     
    but hey you can also cross the road without looking first ... and if you survive it "must be OK" to do that

    It was about 10 years ago and i remember his wife cleaned their oven with two appropriate detergents and all was fine and they still have their oven which only had 2 years when they did this manipulation
