my video card EVGA GTX 1650 KO ultra, has 2 fans, but in precision x1 only 1 fan appears, is something wrong?

They operate together and are only addressable as one fan.  Is one behaving badly, or something?  They should both be doing the same thing.

is not behaving the wrong way, but I found it strange to appear just a fan
