How do I force the cooling fans on my new EVGA GTX 1080ti to run. The temps are climbing.

    Use EVGA's Precision software, or (my preferred option) MSI's Afterburner to set a more aggressive, or static, fan curve.

    There's also a switch near the 8-pin connectors that allow for all three fans to go. Switch from master to slave.
