Looks like the evga tos had a new section added to it recently. Specifically Enforcement of EVGA Forum Terms.

    I actually have no disagreement with the new Enforcement of EVGA Forum Terms.  The "something really harsh" might be trying to sell a queue position.

     New enforcement of rules info, wonder what prompted that? Maybe a bunch of people trying to game the queue system, or botting of the b-stock page?

    lol...Was this just added?  If so, so glad and hope the 'spam' warned threads of mine are finally cleared and the abusers eventually get caught and head for the slammer.

    Rules against abusing the "report as spam" button I think have been there for awhile, I just don't know how often it's enforced however, I've seen plenty of messages flagged as spam just because someone didn't like the post.

    Wow.. those are some strong words and harsh punishments there. Did Peter write that?
     
    Would be nice to know what exactly qualifies for being banned, losing your queue slots, and losing all your EVGA Bucks... seems like a good way to wipe out some of the large accruals people have. Do the three / four / five word game threads count as spam now? Might stop posting lest I inadvertently annoy someone, lol!
