Hi members, this is my first post. I recently joined folding[at]home and am very new to the tech. I know you can either join a team or create one. Does EVGA or more precise, this thread have a specific folding[at]home team i could join? Please excuse me if this has already been answered but a search gave no useful results. TIA

111065 is the folding at home team number.
www.evga.com/folding will also give you more information. Make sure you put your folding at home user name in the my profile section of your EVGA profile.

@the_Scarlet_one Thank you kindly for your help. BTW I have 2 desktops, one has an EVGA RTX2070 Ti Super Hybrid while the other has a non EVGA GTX1080Ti GPU. Can I use a non EVGA GPU with this team number? TIA

Absolutely. The system would never have a clue what brand graphics cards, cpu, or motherboard are involved, so you can use any on any team.
When you request your pass key for folding at home, make sure you use the same pass key and user name on both systems, and it will increase your completed work units and output.

No worries, your 2 million points will be back in no time. Once you have a a passkey, you will be getting exponentially more credit because you will start getting bonus points. It may take you 3-4 days to make up all 2 million points.

@SmokinJoe Thank You for your assistance. I have changed my FAH username from Dom_Anf to the username I use on this forum; IamDNA. I did this because I noted that using the forum username will include me in the Bucks program, which I know little about [you may ask, "do i make a habit of getting involved in matters you know little about"? Absolutely! I'm a risk taker, how else am I to learn about unknowns?! lol]. I also changed the passkey. Thanks also for your kind welcome.

It appears the EVGA points are off by 12 hours. Looking at my points it lines up that it started at 12pm on 10/1 instead of 12am. I made sure I wouldn't have any WU's finish before 8pm Eastern on 9/30 since EVGA stats are 4 hours ahead, so all points counted for October. This made it easier to tell how far off EVGA stats are and looks like they put PM instead of AM when they fixed the negative points issue. Since the negative points got fixed but this issue is still present, figured it should be pointed out sooner rather than later.

Requests go into a queue for review. When evga is busy (new card launches) it can take a few extra days to hear back. The most I've seen is about a week before evga bucks approval.

CUDA support should help more people reach the points goals...free PPD boost. Keep in mind that EVGA stats may not be exactly synced with your stats site of choice. Fold a bit extra if you are right at the point goal around the end of the month. If you think you made the goal but EVGA says no, the points difference will likely show up credited toward the following month (as in, the points are not lost). Click the button to request the points and wait it out. It can be approved same day or days later, as ipkha stated. If you see negative points, do nothing. It will get fixed soon. You have all year to request the points.
