With the launch of the EVGA CLC series and it's unique fan design I was wondering if EVGA is considering dipping into the fan market? As a massive EVGA fan, I would love to see this happen and think that with the engineering that went into the ACX fans as well as the CLC fans that they could put out some amazing products. Does anybody else think the same thing?

Who makes the fans for EVGA?  How do they compare to other fans on the market.

I was wondering the same thing mostly because a case fan went out on me and I had to look at replacing it just two weeks ago. Biggest issue was I don't replace case fans often and most brands I saw I have never heard of before. I am not saying that means they are a bad product but I personally would pay more for a brand I recognize from the cases they make.

check out the corsair ML series fans, great airflow with high static pressure and low noise ( pwm control from 400-2300 rpm ), not cheap by any means but well worth the money.

I agree, It would be nice to see EVGA Fans, 120mm and 140mm.
Now they could be used on Hybrid and CLC AIO and on DG-8x Cases.
I like only few fans at the moment,

It's the only thing holding me back from buying a CLC 280 as I prefer all my fans to match

I think evga should branch out and do some aesthetic components (fans/led etc.) as its undeniable they make some of the best looking components in the market. Take the new 1080ti FTW3 for example.

What you mean? Why all fans need to match... Almost in every situation aftermarket fan could be better choice than default.
Mostly more silent and same pressure on lower speed and nicer look.
I would not even think on CLC280 default fans... Performance of AIO are great, and we know that gamersnexus didn't lie in favor of EVGA.
When they had problem with FTW he cleared many things and confirmed problems and test to see what happen.
But same or better performance could be reached with better fans on smaller speed.
    I will recommend
    1. EKWB Vardar FF4-140 (2500RPM) to work on 60-70% regulated with voltage with possibility to work on 2500RPM on CPU stability tests.
    2. EKWB Vardar F3-140 (2000 RPM)
    3. CORSAIR ML140 Pro PWM or ML140 PWM 400-2000 RPM for people who will more to pay attention on silence.
    4. some of CORSAIR ML140 LED fans who like LED.

Personally I would use ML140 PRO PWM x2. They look great and work great and fit on CLC280 nice.

Yes I know you're right but it's what I like to myself about so I can justify not spending more money. Lol
