Built 13 identical workstations for my company.
Computer A begins to randomly crash: cause defective power supply confirmed by RMA department.
Computer B begins to randomly crash: cause defective power supply confirmed by RMA department.
Computer C motherboard PBC burns out: RMA’d both motherboard and PSU, RMA department confirms motherboard failure was caused by defective PSU.
Computer B motherboard PBC burns out RMA’d both motherboard and PSU, RMA department confirms motherboard failure was caused by defective PSU (PSU was an RMA replacement).
Computer C motherboard initially rejected by RMA department for burnt PBC, appealed, RMA approved.
Computer B motherboard rejected by RMA department for bent pins even though RMA department acknowledges the failure was caused by appealed, RMA denied over a BS technicality.
RMA supervisor transferred me to another person, but they refused to return my phone call
Not only did the defective PSU destroy the motherboard they also destroyed two 4TB internal hard drives Hard drives and one external hard drive. Have not tested the remaining components CPU, Video cards and Ram because we have been waiting over two weeks for replacement parts.
