The EU shop is currently in a catastrophic condition:
- Only 13 air cooled 3000 series card to notify for (US shop 28 air cooled, hybrid and hydro copper)
- You can notify for 3 different mice and the keyboards (US shop directly buy this stuff)
- Everything else is old and already removed from the US shop (Z370; SC15; t-shirts) or instead of a price tag, there is only TBD
- There is a ELITE discount but also no ELITE only products
- It seems, my friends and family can't use the ASSOCIATES code
If I try to buy an EVGA product by a german or swiss shop, I also can't order every product and have to pay 150% of the EVGA EU shop price and no chance to use ELITE discount.
I love the way EVGA treats its customers. The ELITE and ASSOCIATES programs and the Twitch channel are fantastic. EVGA is not just a brand but a community. However, EVGA does not seem to want customers from EUROPE in this community at the moment.
At the moment, EVGA is one brand among many in Europe, with more delivery problems than the other brands: I pay more to get less or even help finance the US community.
My PC is now 10 years old X58 Classified and GTX 690 from EVGA. It hangs up every second day, need 30s to load a simple web page and gaming won't work (Have to use my laptop for most of the work)
Since 1.5 year I try to buy a SuperNOVA 450 GM and a Z490 DARK together with a GPU from EVGA. Now I have everything ready to go customized water cooling. The case, the radiator, pump, PSU, everything.
I wait now for a Z590 and a RTX 3090 Hydro Copper and hope, that EVGA will have the EU shop in order by then.
Then I'm more than happy to order a Z590 DARK and the KP Hydro Copper.
Please give me an update on the EU shop and let me know as soon as possible if you can provide more specific information. If I were forced to redesign the crown jewel of my PCs and research the elementary components elsewhere, it would be an infinite shame.

As I said, I cannot notify for a Hybrid or Hydro Copper card in the EVGA EU shop or buy a Hydro Copper card from any other dealer.
The Z490 mainboards are not listet on the shop.
The PSUs do not have a notify button and the price only says TBD. The SuperNOVA 450 GM I want cannot be bought in any other shop.
As a final point, I could buy the RTX 3090 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING for $ 2765 from a dealer instead of $ 1903 on the EVGA EU page or $ 1846 with an ASSOCIATES code. That's a 45-50% surcharge to the EVGA EU shop for poorer access to the assortment.

The EU shop has added the notification buttons for many products (especially the power supplies)
As soon as the prices are visible, the product range is more up to date or I get an answer from the queue system,
I will write here again for other customers from Europe who are also interested in the progress.

The notification buttons were removed again.
There is nothing new about the rest:
Still no chance, apart from the mouse and keyboard, to notify into the queue for a Hydro Copper GPU, Hybrid GPU, Z490 MB or any other items.

The EVGA Europe team has taken up the suggestion in the German forum Hardwareluxx.de to expand the queue system to other articles and is now allegedly checking this proposal with the management.
If EVGA manages to take over all articles in the EU shop and, due to a lack of stock, process them there via the queue system, that would be a huge step forward and, at least in my case, would solve the procurement problems.
Hope that we can do this quickly and that we can also benefit from MB, PSU and Hydro Copper cards in Europe.

Just noticed the same, hope EVGA will restock some stuff as the EU store is....empty. I'd really like a Hybrid 3090 FTW3 cooler...these can't be that hard to come by since they only fit FTW3 3090's...

Evga 3080 some sites 2500€, some sites 3000€. Evga should reduce the number it sends to sellers and increase the number it sells to players. but evga does the opposite. increase sellers, reduce gamers. :(

The EU shop is already degenerating again. While US ELITE customers can now register for the Kingpin Hydro Copper Kit, many of the few cards are disappearing from the queue system at the EU shop. If the EU page was tidy and you sold your products in Europe exclusively through your own shop, then none of your competitors could keep up with your prices. The dealers are currently ruining your competitive advantage: RTX 3090 KPE for $ 3269 without VAT (+ 58% or $ 1199 to the US price without ASSOCIATE) And it doesn't look any better with any of the other of your products. Please pursue the idea with the queue system for all products until you can operate a warehouse in the EU. Because I will definitely not waste that much money on a retailer to be able to buy your products. Unfortunately I have to renew my system this year.

Many best sellers don't even have an estimate of how soon new evga cards will arrive. Several other variants are at least being shipped and sold at almost double the price, which is still "fine" compared to the insane prices on amazon and many pc shops.

I work in an automation company on housings for electrical controls.
With our prices for the controls, we finance 3 years of development, marketing, production, storage, sales and shareholders.
We need around 400% of the component value to be able to finance that. Anything over 400% is profit.
Adapted to EVGA, the costs for shipping Taiwan-US, storage and sale to end customers are a fraction of the price.
The dealers get the cards at cheaper prices than the end customers and then add another 50% to the final price for shipping Taiwan-EU, storage, sales, marketing and profit together.
Even if the EU warehouse clerk is twice as good as the US warehouse clerk, it is still too much.
Of course, the current situation is very bad.
But EVGA keeps the prices at a normal level for its US customers and for the few products in the EU shop also for EU customers.
So the dealers will hardly have to pay any more when they shop at EVGA.
Regardless of this, it does not change the statement that if EVGA would switch off the middleman and establish a functioning system in the EU, that loyal customers would not run away but more customers would buy from EVGA.
