The spin the wheel was broken when I singed up for elite months back. Do we still get a chance or we screwed?

Email the CS team and see if they can sort it for you, but time it with a graphics card purchase as it has an expiration date.

Yeah emphasis on US consumers xD Not being salty but was kinda excited at the start of the thread which led to a slight disappointment as I'm EU based. I've read some comments about that before, but what exactly is the meaning of the "EU customers get overlooked/screwed" mentions?
