Hello all,
I was recently checking on my G2 750W PSU warranty, as I suspect it is faulty.
I bought and registered the PSU in 2014, and it came with a 10 year warranty.
However today, upon checking the product page, it shows as "Out of warranty period", and that I cannot RMA the PSU.
I have seen previously on the same page that my PSU was covered to 2024, the full 10 years.

What has happened here EVGA? A significant selling point of my buying this PSU was the warranty, for a situation such as this.

Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Please keep in mind that the 10 year warranty is only for the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase. If this was purchased second hand, then the maximum warranty is only 3 years. Please feel free to email us at support@evga.com if you have any further questions.
