EVGA Classified SR-X - Cannot Update Windows 10 to 1903 version RAID C606 Drivers

Windows 10's newest upgrade fails to install because, the Intel C606 Driver for the board are 'Incompatible with Windows 10'. A real shocker since the driver I have now seems to works just fine with Windows 10 1803.
 
I can't find an updated Driver here or on the Intel Website.  (Including trying other Raid Controller drivers on Intel website).
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for whatever help you can give me.

    So I installed a different SSD hard drive, (Samsung EVO 860) to do a clean install of 1903. It installs, and when its done, everything works except the SAS controller. But at least it installs and runs.
    SAS Driver update would sure be nice for this INTEL C606 SAS RAID Controller.

    This worked! EVGATech_LeeM suggested trying  and it worked! Now running 1903 clean!
     
    This was done using an upgrade as well. Just a note, to install the Intel driver you unzip the file. Inside are multiple folders. The folder you're looking for is GUI after you extract the files. In the GUI folder extract RSTe_4.5.10.1021_Install.zip.  Run IATA_ENU.exe and you're good to go. Reboot is required. Then use the media creation tool for windows 10 to install 1903. (If Windows has already seen  your old driver it turns off the ability to upgrade to Windows 10, which is why you need to use the Media Creation Tool. I used flash drive for my install)
