I would like to control the fans on my CLC 360 with my motherboard, not the EVGA Flow Control software. That is easy enough and works fine.

My question is about the pump. If I plug the 'to motherboard' wire into my motherboard's pump header, and ensure that is set to full speed, will my pump still run correctly even without the Flow Control software installed?

You might want to still consider the flow control software if you want to see the temps even if you are not going to use the RGB feature.
