Are the fan cables coming from the CLC 4pin PWM fan headers?
 
Also do they have 3 different cables coming out of the block or is it 1 cable that splits to 3 4pins?

    Yes there one fan cable to PWN header male 4 pins for pump ands other cable I not sure but I think it split 3 female fan pins from one cable for 3 Cooler fans.
    Other one is USB cable for software to control Fans and Led lighting or Sync Led!

    EVGA also has a video on the product page to show the setup. While I think they use a CLC-280 the setup should be the same. https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=400-HY-CL36-V1

    When connecting the Fans to the Cable coming off the block it supports 4 pin PWM fans correct I got the new noctua Pwm fans so I want to make sure
