I saw no posted or response officially from EVGA; so I sent bunch of emails in and got answers.
 
Yes, you can add additional fans to the units and use the existing fan connectors to power everything. You need splitters in order to do that and the system will handle RPM settings without issue. I used the EVGA 120mm fans from web store. Obviously you cannot use high powered fans that will exceed 1amp.

    So you can add fans or you mean replace?

    Both. You can add or replace as long as they aren’t super high power.

    That's good to hear, as I need to increase air flow through my case. I'm considering putting my CLC 240 in push/pull configuration since I have room to do it in my case. My CLC 240 arrives tomorrow, and I happen to have two extra fans...
