Hi,
 
I'm about to ship my psu from the UK to EVGA in Germany as part of an advanced RMA and I've just seen the numerous threads here with people having their items refused by EVGA and returned back to them. Before I ship, can EVGA please confirm the correct steps and forms to avoid this happening?
 
I would also like some sort of guarantee that EVGA will not charge me the collateral for exceeding the 30 days and will cover reshipping if it needs sent a 2nd time, if I follow their instructions and it still all goes wrong.

    Was hoping EVGA could advise, the packing instructions provided says to include 3 copies of the proforma invoice and a customs declaration. The proforma invoice was provided and filled in, however there is no customs declaration form. Should I not have been provided with one?

    my point was that UK & EU customs is on the fluid side right now ... I'm not sure the Country's involved - have worked-out all the bits
     
    Customs is a Government controlled issue .... EVGA CS, might have a solution to your question, though I doubt you will get a reply before they open on Monday

    Thanks Cool GTX, though it turns out as I live in Northern Ireland, no documentation is required as it doesn't follow the UK rules. For anyone else looking at this, see links below which might be of help.

    FYI - just to update people on this.
     
    My PSU was accepted yesterday by EVGA, so it seems they are accepting RMA's, though their phoneline still seems to be dead. As I'm from Northern Ireland, no customs forms are required, so perhaps that's why it worked for me. Regardless of the reason, EVGA should still do more to help its customers.
