So my PSU died last week and upon realising I had a 10 year warranty I got in touch and raised a support ticket to start the process of the RMA - I set up an Advanced RMA on Friday morning and I was just wondering how long I should expect to wait for the RMA to be approved so that I can pay my collateral? I realise we are early days atm and the website does say 1-2 business days but just wondering if the EU team have any holdups?
